Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership: Direct the end-to-end delivery of manufacturing facilities, ensuring all phases (Design, Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Commissioning) are completed on time and within budget.
Greenfield & Brownfield Execution: Manage complex construction and setup activities, including site selection, facility layout, utility installation (HVAC, Water systems), and cleanroom design.
Procurement & Machine Purchase: Lead the selection and negotiation process for specialized pharmaceutical machinery and equipment. Conduct technical evaluations and ensure vendors meet URS (User Requirement Specifications).
Costing & Budget Management: Develop and manage detailed project budgets, maintaining strict cost controls and reporting on financial variances throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and contractors. Foster a collaborative environment to achieve high safety and quality standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all facilities and equipment meet international standards such as USFDA, EU GMP, or WHO guidelines.
Validation: Oversee the preparation and execution of DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols for various facilities and utilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹1,315,428.93 per year
