Job Title: Senior Sales Manager Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • residential / commercial real estate projects

  • channel partners, brokers, and direct sales teams

  • Generate revenue through effective sales planning and execution

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and deal closures

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners

  • Monitor team performance and prepare sales MIS reports

  • Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and campaigns

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth post-sales coordination


Candidate Profile

  • Real Estate / Insurance / BFSI sales

  • Real Estate sales experience preferred

  • team handling, target-based sales, and client acquisition

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Result-oriented with a strong sales mindset

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
