Senior Sales Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and scale the sales team with a clear reporting and performance structure
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Handle end-to-end sales operations including channel partners, site visits, and closures
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversions
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and analyze market trends
  • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and management teams for lead conversion and growth
  • Ensure process compliance and maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Qualification Criteria:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to build systems, processes, and scalable team structures

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in REAL ESTATE SALES only

  • Mandatory experience as

    Senior Sales Manager

  • Proven track record of

    team handling, company scaling, and revenue growth

  • Experience managing large sales teams and multiple projects is a must
