About the Role

Senior Agronomist

Key Responsibilities:

• Read research and development of crop production strategies to improve yield, quality, and sustainability.
• Design, implement, and monitor field trials for different crop varieties, fertilizers, and pest/disease control methods.
• Analyze soil, plant, and climate data to create tailored recommendations for clients and farmers.
• Co-ordinate with junior agronomists, farm managers, and technical staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on precision farming, irrigation systems, and data-driven decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and client advisory documents.

What You’ll Need:

• MSc. Agriculture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on agronomy or crop management experience.
• Strong knowledge of pest & disease management, irrigation systems, and soil fertility management.
• Experience with precision agriculture tools, sensors, and farm management software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams and manage large-scale agricultural projects.
