🧑‍🌾 Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Polyhouse

We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Agronomist with proven experience in soil-less farming methods (such as hydroponics, cocopeat, NFT, or DWC systems) and vine crop cultivation (like tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc.). You will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing crop growth, managing farm operations, and implementing best agronomic practices at our farms.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage vine crop health, nutrition, and growth cycles in a soil-less environment

Implement and optimize irrigation, fertigation, and integrated pest management protocols

Analyze crop data and suggest improvements to maximize yield and quality

Collaborate with farm teams to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures

Train and mentor on-ground staff in new-age farming practices

Regularly document growth stages, environmental conditions, and input usage

Maintain compliance with food safety and sustainability standards

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in soil-less cultivation and vine crop management

Sound understanding of plant physiology, nutrient dynamics, and climate control systems

Ability to work independently and lead on-site teams

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
