At Agriplast North , we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires strong leadership, project execution skills, and a deep understanding of construction management in protected cultivation. The Project Manager will lead Site Supervisors and Site Engineers, ensuring timely and quality-driven project completion. Department : Operations Project Location : As per the Project requirement Base Location : Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India Minimum Work Experience : 5+ years in project management (preferably in polyhouses, or construction) Minimum Education Required : Graduate in Civil Engineering, Agricultural engineering or a related field Certification/Training Preferred :Prefab Structures Experience, or Polyhouse Construction & Irrigation systems KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- · Oversee Multiple Projects: Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects across different locations. · Lead the Project Team: Supervise and provide guidance to Site Supervisors and Site Engineers, ensuring smooth execution of work. · Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, set timelines, and ensure projects meet quality and cost expectations. · Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation. · Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. · Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. · Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring client satisfaction. · Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Identify risks, troubleshoot on-site issues, and implement corrective actions. · Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, team performance, and financials. FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES :- · Project Management Expertise – Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently. · Team Leadership – Experience in leading and managing on-site teams. · Technical Knowledge – Familiarity with construction methods, prefab structures, and agricultural projects. · Strong Communication Skills – Ability to coordinate between teams, suppliers, and clients. · Problem-Solving & Decision Making – Quick and effective resolution of project-related challenges.

As a Site Engineer, you will play a vital role in project execution, ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will encompass site assessment, project management, quality control, materials management, and safety enforcement. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and various stakeholders to deliver successful agricultural projects that empower farmers and enhance crop production. Department : Operations Reporting to : Project Manager Project Location : As per the Project requirement Base Location : Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India Minimum Work Experience : 2 years Post Qualification Minimum Education Required : Graduate in Civil Engineering, Agricultural engineering or a related field Certification/Training Preferred : Prefab Structures Experience Key Responsibility :- · Conduct on-site inspections to assess project requirements, site conditions, and feasibility. · Collaborate with the Project Manager to determine project scope, timelines, and resources needed. · Execute the construction of polyhouses and related structures according to approved plans and specifications. · Ensure the timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations. · Ensuring that project deliverables are achieved within the approved budget. · Oversee the installation of irrigation and climate control systems within the structures. · Implement quality control measures to maintain construction standards and meet project specifications. · Coordinate with suppliers and Project manager and ensure the timely availability of all materials and equipment on-site. · Enforce safety procedures and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all project personnel. · Maintain detailed project records, including daily progress reports, materials used, and labor hours. · Collaborate with the Project Manager, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project-related issues and maintain effective communication channels. FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES :- · Project management skills · Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. · Risk Management. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
