Sales Coordinator (Backend)

The role involves managing backend sales processes, coordinating between departments, vendors, and customers, and ensuring seamless execution in documentation, procurement, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with government departments and coordinate with vendors for procurement and compliance.
• Support sales targets through backend operations — quotations, order processing, dispatch coordination, and pricing updates.
• Manage documentation, approvals, customer files, and government subsidy records.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and payment workflows while negotiating with vendors.
• Maintain CRM databases and generate regular reports for sales and inventory.
• Assist internal teams with communication, coordination, and office support.

• Strong understanding of sales coordination and relationship management.
• Proficiency in

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Postgraduate in 

  Business Administration, Agriculture, or Engineering

   (preferred).

• 3–6 years

   of experience in backend sales coordination — ideally in 

  AgriTech

  , 

  Agriculture

  , or related sectors.
