We’re a leading provider of end-to-end polyhouse cultivation solutions, committed to helping growers maximize yield and profitability through science-backed expertise and hands-on support. To strengthen our presence across the central & northern states, we’re hiring a dedicated Agronomist who speaks the local languages and understands the unique needs of Indian growers.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Client Support & Training:

     Visit polyhouse clients on-site to coach them on best practices for sowing, plant nutrition, pest management, irrigation, and harvest.
  • Crop Performance Optimization:

     Analyze field data, run trials, and recommend tailored agronomic interventions to boost plant health and yield.
  • Local-Language Communication:

     Conduct workshops, field days, and troubleshooting sessions in Hindi and English.
  • Customer Success & Retention:

     Serve as the primary technical point of contact, ensuring client issues are resolved quickly and satisfaction remains high.
  • Brand Ambassador:

     Represent our company at agri-events, exhibitions, and local farmer gatherings to reinforce our reputation as a full-service partner.
  • Reporting & Feedback:

     Prepare regular field reports, share insights with our R&D team, and help refine our product and service offerings.


Qualifications:


  • Degree:

     B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agronomy, Horticulture, Agricultural Science, or related field.
  • Experience:

     3–5 years of hands-on agronomy work—preferably in protected cultivation (polyhouses/net-houses).
  • Languages:

     Fluent in Hindi & English.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of crop physiology, soil fertility, nutrient management, and integrated pest management.
  • Ability to interpret soil/petiole analysis and design fertilizer programs.
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems (drip, ebb-and-flow) and climate control systems.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communicator and trainer, able to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable traveling extensively across South India.
