Role & responsibilities Manage the MD & CEO calendar scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports. Handle all correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls) on behalf of the MD & CEO, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation. Coordinate internal and external meetings and follow-ups. Liaise with senior management, clients, partners, and other stakeholders. Organize travel plans, hotel bookings, visa processing, and expense reimbursements. Assist in tracking key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
Role & responsibilities 1. Financial Reporting: a. Prepare and update regular Management Information System (MIS) reports. b. Generate bi-weekly and monthly bank reporting statements. c. Conduct manual data entry, ensuring high accuracy in financial reporting systems. d. Maintain and analyze segment-wise General Ledger (GL) accounts. 2. Accounting & Compliance: a. Assist in accounting activities with a good understanding of Indian Accounting Standards. b. Manage prepaid expense accounting including monthly amortizations. c. Conduct budget monitoring and variance analysis to ensure alignment with financial plans. d. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities with adherence to accounting standards and company policies. e. Support compliance with statutory requirements related to accounting and financial reporting. 3. Taxation: a. Assist in preparation and filing of indirect tax returns such as GST. b. Support direct tax compliance and documentation, including preparation of tax provisions and working papers. c. Coordinate with tax consultants and internal teams for audits and assessments. d. Stay updated on tax regulations and assist in implementation of tax-related changes. 4. Reconciliation & Analysis: a. Prepare and analyze Debtor, Creditor, and Stock Ageing Reports for effective working capital management. b. Perform monthly Stock and Debtor Reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy and identify variances promptly. c. Assist in budget-to-actual analysis and related financial reconciliations to support management decision-making. d. Support audit and internal control processes by providing reconciliations and necessary documentation. Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support our Finance & Accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end processing of purchase requisitions, vendor invoice validation, financial reporting, and reconciliation activities. Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and familiarity with accounting standards such as IND AS 116 is required.
