The ideal candidate should be proficient in pest and disease management, nutrient planning, and daily operational supervision in protected farming systems.Key Responsibilities:Plan and implement crop schedules specifically for bell pepper.Monitor plant health and manage pests & diseases with IPM (Integrated Pest Management) strategies.Develop and maintain nutrient recipes and fertigation programs.Ensure optimal climate management in polyhouse/hydroponic systems.Maintain production records, crop performance reports, and SOP compliance.Guide the farm team on best agronomic practices and operational improvements.Ensure high-quality yields meeting market standards.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture or related field.Minimum 2–3 years experience in bell pepper cultivation (preferably hydroponics or protected farming).Strong knowledge of plant nutrition and pest control techniques.Good communication and team management skills.Problem-solving attitude with focus on productivity and quality.
