Roles & Responsibilities

full-time, on-site

1. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Marketing teams to provide field insights.
   Prepare field visit reports, case studies, and recommendations based on farmer needs.
2. Conduct regular field visits, soil testing, crop assessment, and diagnose field issues.
   Provide tailored solutions to reduce farming cost and increase farmer income.
3. Build and maintain a strong network of farmers in the assigned area, providing complete end-to-end support.
   
4. Maintain strong communication skills and willingness to travel to rural and agricultural locations.
   
5. Plan & deliver farmer training programs, workshops, and demonstrations on sustainable agriculture, crop yield improvement, and effective fertilizer application.
   
6. Provide on-field technical guidance and advisory support to farmers through visits, calls, and consultations.
   
7. Work closely with R&D teams to stay updated on new technologies, organic & bio-fertilizer advancements.
   
8. Collect, compile, and analyze farmer response data to measure the impact of Krushi India’s products and services.
