NEXBAND GROUP (Renewable Energy Division) is looking for highly qualified, talented and experienced professional for their Compressed Biogas (CBG) project at Khurdha, Odisha. ABOUT THE COMPANY / PROJECT: Nexband group is setting up a 6 TPD compressed Bio Gas (CBG) plant at Khurda, Odisha under the SATAT scheme of the Govt of India. The project is based on Napier grass and company is developing 400 Acres of land near Khurda to produce Napier grass for the CBG plant. The produced gas shall be sold to GAIL under a commercial agreement signed with GAIL. POSITION : AGRONOMIST LOCATION : BEGUNIA/KHURDHA RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for the overall cultivation of Napier grass including production quantity and quality of the grass. • Responsible for guiding the TEAM starting from land development to cultivation, fertilizer application and harvesting. • Work as an agricultural expert for the Napier grass cultivation. • Plan, procure and execute various farm equipment. • Ensure timely cutting / harvesting cycle for the Napier • Develop new Napier farms and prepare production planning based on plant requirement. • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that project adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing updates on project status and changes.
