Key Responsibilities

·       Identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, distributors and institutional buyers.

·       Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

·       Track market trends and provide insights to refine sales strategy and product positioning.

·       Collaborate with logistics and packaging teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

·       Achieve sales targets and report performance metrics regularly.

·       Organize product sampling, demos, and promotional activities in key markets.

What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales

·       Strong network of contacts in retail and wholesale distribution.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

·       Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, market visits, and field execution.

·       Prior experience with fresh fruit or sealed-pack products will be a strong advantage.

·       Proficiency in sales tools, CRM, and MS Excel.
