About the Role

Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage procurement, inventory, transportation, and distribution operations.

·        Managing delicate fruits such as berries while ensuring a continuous cold chain is maintained from farm to retail.

·        Build and maintain relationships with farmers, vendors, and logistics partners.

·        Plan and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.

·        Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs (cost, efficiency, on-time delivery)

·        Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Need:

·        Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.

·        3–6 years of experience in supply chain or logistics (agri-business under cold chain)

·        Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

·        Familiarity with cold chain logistics and rural supply systems is a plus.

·        Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP tools.

·        Excellent communication and team management abilities.
