Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector and a strong background in supply chain operations, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.

· Develop and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.

· Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production and distribution.

· Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations and standards.

· Coordinate with internal teams like Production, QA, Sales, and Finance.

· Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

· Analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

· Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry.

· Strong understanding of pharma regulations, procurement processes, and inventory control.

· Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharma, or related field (MBA preferred).
