R-1166291The role of a Supply Planning and Customer Service Executive is to optimize inventory, service and cost while dealing with volatility. Lead must be the supply chain face for the relevant category and collaborate with customer marketing, planning, and sales teams continuously. He/ She will be leading the team of central supply and network planners and branch customer service team to bring in efficiencies and manage disruptions. Lead must work with planning excellence, demand planning and distribution planning to implement new technologies in planning and customer service. He/she should lead supply chain strategy to build an agile, efficient, collaborative, and aligned end to end network. Provide leadership and inspiration to drive cost savings projects. He/ She will have to collaborate with all branches and be the supply chain point of contact for the category and other supply chain teams.

Experience Requirement

Min 2 yrs of experience in Supply Planning/ Demand Planning /Customer Service/ Supply chain other verticals

Educational Qualification
