Supply Chain Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute

  procurement activities

  , including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of goods and services.
• Ensure smooth

  inward and outward logistics

  processes, including shipment coordination, receiving, and dispatch.
• Oversee

  inventory management

  , ensuring accurate stock levels and reducing excess or shortage.
• Maintain and enhance

  vendor and supplier management

  , including performance evaluation and relationship development.
• Operate and supervise

  machines/equipment

  involved in supply chain processes (if applicable).
• Update and maintain stock records in inventory management systems or ERP software.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to align supply with demand.
  
• Track supply chain performance and suggest improvements to reduce costs and delays.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  

Guide and support junior staff or interns as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  

• Minimum internship experience or freshers are welcome.

Previous exposure to healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices is a plus but not mandatory.
