Role Overview We are hiring a Post Graduate Engineer to serve as the certification lead and nodal point of contact with Domestic & International Certification Agencies (CEMILAC, EASA) for Altair's various programs, including our flagship unmanned helicopter and other airbone platforms. This is a critical role at the intersection of Engineering, Compliance, and Program management—ideal for professionals who understand the end-to-end certification process and can work closely with military regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary interface between Altair and Certification Bodies, ensuring timely and complete certification. Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements. Manage preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Drafter with strong expertise in CAD modeling, drafting standards, and engineering documentation for aerospace and defense applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with CATIA and in-depth knowledge of international and military drafting standards. Key Responsibilities Develop accurate 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models for parts, assemblies, and sheet metal components using CATIA V5/V6 . Create detailed manufacturing, assembly, and installation drawings in compliance with organizational and defense standards. Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles according to ASME Y14.5 . Ensure drawings conform to ISO standards and MIL-STD-100 requirements for military technical documentation. Collaborate with design, stress, and manufacturing teams to ensure drawings meet functional, structural, and producibility requirements. Revise and update drawings based on engineering changes, customer requirements, or quality feedback. Maintain and organize drawing databases, part lists, and associated documentation for configuration control. Support design reviews by providing clear visualizations, exploded views, and technical documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Masters/Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2–5 years of drafting/design experience in aerospace, defense, or related engineering industries. Proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 modules: Part Design Assembly Design Sheet Metal Design Generative Shape Design Strong knowledge of Mechanical Drafting principles and best practices. Advanced understanding of GD&T with proven application in engineering drawings. Familiarity with ASME Y14.5 , ISO drafting standards , and MIL-STD-100 (technical drawing conventions for defense).
