About Us

Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
Manage preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control initiatives for ongoing projects.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and statutory bodies.
Implement and streamline accounting systems, processes, and controls.
Work closely with project and procurement teams to track expenses, vendor payments, and project-wise profitability.
Provide timely MIS reports and financial insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
CA/ICWA (preferred) or equivalent professional qualification
5+ years of relevant experience in accounts and finance, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense sector
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance frameworks
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial management software
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
