Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager located in Solan. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. They will develop and implement supply chain strategies, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective operations. The role also includes analyzing data to improve processes, managing budgets, and fostering relationships with key partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process improvement
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to manage budgets and financial oversight
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Solan and adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
