At Get-A-Way, we're passionate about delivering fresh, innovative ice creams directly to consumers nationwide. As a growing D2C brand, we need a Supply Chain Manager to orchestrate pan-India production and supply planning for seamless operations.

Role Overview

This role involves managing end-to-end supply chain activities, from sourcing ingredients to nationwide distribution, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for pan-India delivery and logistics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors , and logistics partners to optimize last mile , mid mile cold-chain logistics, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor KPIs like OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and cost reductions to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee route optimization, vendor negotiations, and compliance with food safety standards (e.g., FSSAI).
• Use data analytics to mitigate risks, such as supply disruptions, and support expansion into new regions.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams for integrated planning.



Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; certifications like CSCP/APICS preferred.
• 2-4  years in supply chain roles, with experience in ice cream as Bonus.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain software.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel across India.
