Product Development Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of new ice cream flavors and products using industry-standard tools and software
• Conduct sensory evaluations and stability tests to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) team to refine product concepts
• Maintain detailed documentation and prepare reports on development progress
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to support smooth product launches
• Procurement facilitation for raw and packaging materials 
• Support quality control processes throughout product development cycles by visiting plants.
• Research emerging ingredients and sustainable production methods aligned with industry trends

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree or Bachelor’s in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in  ice cream development or food product development  is a plus, but not required
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Passion for food innovation and product development
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Duration

  : 3 months (with potential for extension)

  : On-site at our headquarters in Mumbai.
