Job Description

As a Brand Identity & Visual Designer at Get-A-Way, your role involves developing and maintaining a consistent brand visual identity across all marketing materials, packaging, and digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating eye-catching packaging designs for new flavors and seasonal collections, ensuring they stand out in freezer aisles. Additionally, designing brand assets such as logos, typography treatments, iconography, and brand pattern libraries while ensuring alignment with Get-A-Way's brand guidelines and creative vision is essential. Your responsibilities also include collaborating with the product development team to create innovative ice cream packaging that communicates our flavor stories effectively. You will design limited edition packaging for seasonal launches, special campaigns, point-of-sale materials, displays, and retail merchandising graphics. Working closely with print vendors and production teams to maintain design quality and feasibility is crucial. In terms of Marketing & Campaign Design, you will be tasked with developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms. This involves creating social media graphics, web banners, email templates, digital advertisements, as well as promotional materials like flyers, brochures, posters, and event signage. Additionally, you will support influencer marketing initiatives by providing custom branded content and assets. As part of the Digital & UI Design aspect of the role, you will design user-friendly website graphics, landing pages, and e-commerce visuals. You will also create mobile-optimized graphics for social media stories, posts, and campaigns, develop interactive design elements for digital experiences, and support email marketing with engaging newsletter designs and promotional graphics. Your role will also involve contributing to Creative Strategy & Innovation by staying updated on design trends in food & beverage branding and consumer packaging. You will research competitor visual strategies, identify opportunities for differentiation, present creative concepts to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into final designs. Collaborating with the marketing team to translate brand messaging into compelling visuals is key to your success in this role.,
