Role Description This is a part-time, work-from-home freelance role for a Video Editor . The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that aligns with brand objectives. Daily tasks will involve editing product videos, social media content, reels, brand campaigns, and other marketing materials. The role also includes collaborating with the creative team to bring fresh ideas, ensure timely delivery, and maintain brand consistency. Key Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging content for social media, advertisements, and brand campaigns Add music, graphics, subtitles, transitions, and other effects as needed Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to execute campaign ideas Maintain brand aesthetics and ensure all edits are visually impactful Deliver content within deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, tools, and social media formats Qualifications Strong proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools) Understanding of different content formats for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms Creative eye for storytelling, pacing, and transitions Familiarity with motion graphics, color grading, and sound editing is a plus Ability to work independently while taking feedback and aligning with brand vision Open to experimenting, trend-driven, and adaptive to fast-paced tasks Prior experience in editing reels, ads, or short-form content is preferred
