Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth inventory flow, demand planning, vendor coordination, and timely fulfillment — from farm to shelf. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor inventory across warehouses and retail channels Forecast demand and align procurement & production plans accordingly Collaborate with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners Lead quality checks and ensure product integrity at every stage Implement systems for tracking shipments, stock movement, and returns Optimize warehousing, packaging, and distribution efficiency Coordinate with internal teams for product launches and seasonal ramp-ups Qualifications & Skills: 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics/inventory management (FMCG/D2C preferred) Strong understanding of warehouse operations Proficiency in inventory management tools & Excel/Google Sheets Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing startup environment Why Join Us?
