Supply Chain Manager

You are a skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager with at least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Your expertise lies in supply chain operations, vendor management, and regulatory compliance. In this role with OBMED Pharma Pvt. Ltd. in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution. Your responsibilities will also include developing and managing relationships with vendors and suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring compliance with pharma industry regulations, and coordinating with internal teams such as Production, QA, Sales, and Finance. Your key focus will be on optimizing supply chain processes to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. You will analyze data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong understanding of pharma regulations, procurement processes, and inventory control. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools is essential. Effective communication, leadership, and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you need a minimum of 4 years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry. A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharma, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred.
