Coach managers and employees on goal setting, career development, and continuous feedback. 4.Policy Development & Compliance Draft, update, and enforce HR policies that support a fast-growing tech startup environment. Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and company standards. 5.Learning & Development Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance technical and soft skills. Support continuous learning through internal workshops, online platforms, and mentorship opportunities. 6.Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns.
