Manage end-to-end hiring processes for software developers, designers, and technical roles. 2.Employee Engagement & Culture Building Foster a high-performance and collaborative work culture in line with Kadders' values of innovation and excellence. Plan team-building activities, engagement initiatives, and feedback programs to maintain a motivated workforce. 3.Performance Management Implement performance appraisal systems that align individual goals with organizational objectives. Coach managers and employees on goal setting, career development, and continuous feedback. 4.Policy Development & Compliance Draft, update, and enforce HR policies that support a fast-growing tech startup environment. Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and company standards. 5.Learning & Development Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance technical and soft skills. Support continuous learning through internal workshops, online platforms, and mentorship opportunities. 6.Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns. Address grievances professionally and fairly, fostering a positive and respectful work environment. 7.Strategic HR Planning Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with company growth plans. Use HR analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. 8.Compensation & Benefits Administration Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits packages. Conduct benchmarking and salary reviews to attract and retain top talent.
