Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 5–10 Years Industry: IT / Software Development (Web, Mobile, SaaS) Role Type: Full Time Job Overview: Experienced BDM to drive client acquisition and manage relationships. Responsible for sales cycle, proposal creation, mentoring junior staff, and collaboration with delivery teams. 1 Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities in the software development industry. Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets. Maintain strong client relationships Research and qualify potential leads through market analysis, networking, and outreach campaigns. Build a pipeline of clients in sectors requiring software development services. Manage full sales cycle including proposals Represent company on platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, Etc.) Guide junior team members Collaborate with delivery & marketing teams 2 Required Skills: 5–10 years in BDM role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
