Job Summary

The Human Resources Executive will manage all HR functions to support a positive, high-performance workplace culture within the hospitality environment. This role ensures the recruitment, training, and retention of qualified staff, compliance with labor laws, and the promotion of employee engagement to maintain the brand’s service excellence standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (front office, F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, etc.).
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Ensure onboarding and orientation programs are engaging and aligned with company values.

Employee Relations

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to resolve grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Support conflict resolution and ensure fair and consistent policy enforcement.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate and implement staff training programs to enhance service quality and guest experience.
  • Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads on career development and succession planning.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory benefits (ESI, PF, gratuity, etc.).
  • Participate in salary reviews and benchmarking within the hospitality sector.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and reports.
  • Update HR policies and employee handbooks as required.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and CSR initiatives.
  • Promote a culture aligned with the brand’s service standards and values.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry (hotel/resort/restaurant group) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
