Employment Type: Full-time Roles and Responsibilities As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at NexSofture, you will drive company growth by identifying and engaging with prospective clients across tech, education, retail, and digital sectors. This role begins with a structured training phase (first month), followed by active field pitching and lead conversion responsibilities starting from the second month. You will represent NexSofture’s core services—Web Development, UI/UX Design, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and AI Solutions—building strong relationships and securing long-term business partnerships. 1. Client Engagement & Pitching Outbound Prospecting & Visits: Conduct client meetings and on-site visits in your assigned region (colleges, startups, retail, SMEs, etc.). Present tailored pitches highlighting NexSofture’s offerings based on client pain points (e.g. lack of digital presence, poor UI, no lead generation). Schedule and conduct product/service demos (online or offline). Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Identify prospects via LinkedIn, JustDial, IndiaMart, Google Maps, startup expos, career fairs, etc. Work with CRM tools to manage lead funnel, schedule follow-ups, and track conversion journey. Collaborate with marketing team for lead nurturing email flows. Relationship Management: Build long-term consultative relationships with CXOs, founders, and department heads. Stay in touch post-project to encourage renewals, upsells, or referrals. 2. Sales Target Achievement & Operations Sales KPIs & Metrics: Meet/exceed monthly targets (e.g., 10+ meetings/week, 4 conversions/month, ₹X in revenue). Improve conversion rate through strategic follow-ups and tailored proposal delivery. Deal Structuring & Closure: Draft & present pricing models for service packages (web design, SaaS tools, branding, SEO, etc.). Collaborate with finance & legal teams for MoUs, NDAs, or retainer contracts. Close deals with clear payment terms, project scope, and delivery timelines. 3. Team Collaboration & Strategic Input Coordinate closely with UI/UX, development, marketing, and project delivery teams. Help marketing team refine sales collateral, pitch decks, and landing page CTAs based on client feedback. Participate in strategy meetings to align sales efforts with new service launches. 4. Reporting, Upskilling & Feedback Loops Maintain and submit daily/weekly field reports. Present monthly territory insights, lost-deal analysis, and client objections. Attend regular product & soft skills training (demo walkthroughs, negotiation drills, SaaS selling). Role Overview The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the company’s human resources, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and talent development. Beyond hiring, this role plays a key part in building partnerships with colleges, tracking performance, and supporting the business team in scaling operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & On boarding Source, screen, and hire for roles like BDE, Developers, Designers, and Interns. Conduct campus drives & job fairs to build a student talent pipeline. Prepare job descriptions, manage job postings, and schedule interviews. Oversee on boarding and induction programs. 2. Training & Development Coordinate with technical leads to schedule internships & training programs . Maintain course & internship feedback loops. Organize weekly skill development workshops and seminars . 3. Employee Engagement & Performance Track weekly & monthly performance reports for staff, interns, and BDE teams. College & External Partnerships Build tie-ups with local colleges and universities for internships and career guidance seminars. Help organize Nexsofture’s Career Guidance Seminars and act as the coordinator. Liaise with companies for B2B collaboration and student placement drives . 5. HR Operations Maintain HR records, policies, and compliance. Ensure smooth payroll, attendance, and leave management. Support management in workforce planning and HR analytics. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields. 1–3 years experience in HR or Talent Acquisition (freshers with high energy also considered). Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Knowledge of recruitment tools, social media hiring, and campus hiring . Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
