versatile and dynamic Human Resource Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Understand departmental requirements and coordinate with managers to fulfill hiring needs effectively.
  • Identify learning and development needs across teams and plan suitable training programs.
  • Organize and coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and suggest improvements for continuous development.
  • Maintain HR records, support performance management activities, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through communication, collaboration, and employee engagement initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR with exposure to both recruitment and learning & development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently.
  • Good understanding of HR tools, MS Office, and modern hiring practices.
