Human Resources Executive

Job Title: HR Executive – Compliances & Payroll

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
• Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
• Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports and reconciliations.
• Assist in internal and external HR audits.
• Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll and compliance activities
• Generate and analyze HR reports using Excel for management insights.
• Support other HR functions as required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Sound understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
