Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and oversee employee engagement programs.

- Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

- Plan and execute employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.

- Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance internal communication and company culture.

- Manage internal communication channels effectively.

- Track engagement metrics and provide insights to management.

- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

- Partner with learning & development for growth opportunities and training programs.

Qualifications:'

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

- 25 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or internal communications.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in event planning, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

- Passion for promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of inclusion.
