In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for a variety of IT roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team needs Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.) Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews Coordinate technical interviews and feedback collection with hiring teams Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Keep up to date with trends and best practices in IT recruitment Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field 1-2 years of experience in IT recruiting or technical staffing Familiarity with common IT roles (e.g., software developers, QA, DevOps, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS systems Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of technical skills and programming languages is a plus Company Website : www.aqmtechnologies.com LinkedIn Website : https://www.linkedin.com/company/aqm-technologies/ About Company : AQM Technologies Pvt.
