Job Summary: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of food and service quality, and managing staff performance. This role requires a polished, professional demeanor and strong leadership capabilities to uphold the reputation and standards of a luxury dining establishment. Key Responsibilities:Guest Experience & Service Excellence Ensure all guests receive outstanding service that reflects fine dining standards. Handle VIP guests and resolve any service issues or complaints promptly and professionally. Oversee dining room ambiance, including lighting, music, and table settings. Operations Management Supervise daily front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and table turnover. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of the restaurant. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Staff Management Hire, train, and manage front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, and bartenders. Schedule staff shifts, monitor attendance, and evaluate performance. Conduct regular training on fine dining etiquette, wine service, and customer service standards. Financial Oversight Assist with budgeting, cost control, and revenue management. Monitor daily sales, prepare reports, and analyze financial performance. Work with the chef and bar manager to manage inventory, ordering, and menu pricing. Marketing & Promotions Collaborate on special events, tasting menus, and promotional campaigns. Develop relationships with local businesses, hotels, and event planners to drive traffic. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (3–5 years) in restaurant management, preferably in fine dining. Strong understanding of upscale service standards, wine knowledge, and food pairings. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. Proficiency with restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems, OpenTable). Formal hospitality or culinary education is an advantage. Work Environment: Fast-paced, high-end restaurant setting. Requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Standing and walking for extended periods. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
