Job Summary: The Steward/Caption is responsible for efficiently managing the allocated counter during peak hours, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed in billing, parcel handling, counter service, and kitchen operations (specifically Idli, Vada & Dosa). The role also involves training new joiners in these sections, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to a smooth customer experience.
