Key Responsibilities: Task Delegation & Follow-Up: Listen to instructions given during calls, meetings, and WhatsApp messages Break down inputs into actionable tasks Assign or coordinate tasks with relevant team members Follow up on timelines and close loops daily Personal Work Coordination: Manage Founders small errands (appointments, bookings, scheduling) Coordinate tasks like vet visits, ticket bookings, family meetings, etc. Meeting & Call Support: Take notes during meetings/calls with team/vendors Track action points and ensure completion Maintain simple MOM logs where required Calendar Management: Help organize Founders workday – prioritize meetings, personal activities, and focused work sessions Daily Update Reporting: Send 1 short end-of-day report: Tasks given Assigned Pending Completed ClickUp/WhatsApp/Email Task Monitoring Use ClickUp and other tools to log important inputs and ensure no task gets missed Research & Information Support: Conduct quick research and prepare summary notes when needed Support in vendor coordination, basic data collection, small project management Requirements: Bachelor's degree Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Minimum 2-4 years of experience as Assistant Executive
