Gatti Chutney is transforming from a popular Bengaluru-style South Indian QSR into a mass premium dining brand. We are Relocating and upgrading our current Koregaon Park and Kharadi outlet from 300sqft to 1100 sqft with premium interiors, upgraded service standards, and ambitious expansion plans. This is your chance to lead at the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across all sections as per Gatti SOPs.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a 20–35 member team.
• Drive SOP compliance, premium guest service, and strict hygiene standards.
• Ensure daily training is conducted to brand standards.
• Coordinate between departments for smooth service and optimum staffing.
• Control variance and wastage to meet company benchmarks.
• Report performance metrics to management and drive operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of managerial experience in a premium dine in restaurant.
• Proven ability to manage 15–20+ team members.
• Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in driving SOP compliance and premium guest experience.

Pay: ₹40,795.52 - ₹50,939.01 per month
