Restaurant Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and profitability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, managing teams, controlling costs, and delivering a superior dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly handle customer complaints or feedback.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards as per company policies.
• Manage inventory, stock control, vendor coordination, and timely procurement of supplies.
• Control costs related to food, beverages, labor, and operations to achieve revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency and timely service.
• Implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and upselling strategies to increase sales.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food & beverage operations and service standards.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and resolve issues effectively.
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
• Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,934.88 - ₹25,357.71 per month
