Job Description

The HR Executive Kitchen Operations at Food Whisperer is a crucial role focused on managing all aspects related to the kitchen staff. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, scheduling, and overseeing the performance of the kitchen team to ensure a safe, compliant, and motivated work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Source and hire qualified candidates for different kitchen and service positions - Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process - Create and oversee staff schedules to optimize labor costs and coverage - Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with labor laws - Support supervisors in evaluating staff performance and conducting performance reviews - Track key performance indicators - Manage leave and attendance inputs - Coordinate benefits enrollment - Address employee queries related to compensation and benefits - Act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and management - Handle employee relations and address grievances - Foster a positive work culture - Ensure all kitchen operations adhere to safety standards - Conduct regular audits of sanitation and food safety practices Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR or operations, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR software are essential for this role.,
