You will also conduct the end-to-end recruitment process and assist in employee onboarding while helping to plan training and development initiatives. Your role will involve supporting the development and implementation of human resource policies, as well as providing assistance to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation. You will be expected to resolve any issues that may arise and undertake tasks related to performance management, including assisting with constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handling employees" grievances and bringing them to the notice of top management will be part of your responsibilities, as well as enhancing job satisfaction by promptly resolving any issues that arise. You will also play a key role in promoting and developing a healthy, positive, and transparent work culture within the department. Collaborating closely with team members to establish trustworthy relationships and performing any other duties as assigned will also be essential aspects of your role.,
