Job Description

You will be the Female HR Manager for our organization, leading the HR department. Your main responsibilities will include managing recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and cultivating a positive work culture throughout the organization. Your duties will involve overseeing the entire recruitment and onboarding processes, implementing and updating HR policies, handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions, organizing training sessions, team-building activities, and conducting performance reviews. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, as well as collaborating closely with leadership on strategic HR planning. To be considered for this role, you must be a female candidate with a Master's degree in HR or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or fashion industry, is required. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential, along with fluency in Tamil and English. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools is also necessary. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The benefits include health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
