Job Description

As an experienced HR Manager at Suresh Masale, you will play a crucial role in building and leading the workforce across production, sales, and administration. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across departments such as production, sales, and office - Developing and implementing HR policies to ensure legal compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc. - Conducting performance reviews and supporting incentive/target-setting systems - Organizing employee training, safety drills, and skill development programs - Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work culture - Coordinating with factory heads and sales leadership to address HR needs - Maintaining HR reports and compliance documentation To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field - At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail sectors - Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 per month based on your experience, you will also enjoy benefits such as performance-based incentives, career growth opportunities in a fast-growing brand, employee discounts on company products, and cell phone reimbursement.
