About the Company Suresh Masale is one of Chhattisgarh’s leading spice brands, known for its purity, rich flavors, and growing market presence. As we expand operations with a new high-capacity manufacturing unit, we’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to help build and lead our workforce across production, sales, and administration. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments (production, sales, office) Develop and implement HR policies and ensure legal compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.) Oversee attendance, payroll, leaves, and employee records Conduct performance reviews and support incentive/target-setting systems Organize employee training, safety drills, and skill development programs Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain a positive work culture Coordinate with factory heads and sales leadership to address HR needs Maintain HR reports and compliance documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 4+ years of HR experience (preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail) Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Proficient with MS Office, payroll systems, and biometric attendance tools Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) Benefits: Performance-based incentives Career growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding brand Employee discounts on company products Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
