Additionally, you will be responsible for managing office facilities and support infrastructure, including housekeeping, utilities, building maintenance, coordination with food & beverage services, as well as electrical and plumbing services by effectively managing vendors and contracts. You will also be tasked with managing office consumables and procurement for non-IT and non-project-related needs, overseeing the travel and transport desk, supporting event management, implementing safety drills and training programs, ensuring smooth front desk and guest/visitor management, overseeing cafeteria and catering services, and maintaining SOP adherence while continuously improving site administrative management. Furthermore, you will be responsible for managing office dispatches and courier services, ensuring timely deliveries, and proper handling of incoming goods and documents. As a Transport Manager at Crimson World School, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily school transport operations in a reliable and organized manner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of students and staff, managing the school's fleet of vehicles, and maintaining strict compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of student and staff transportation, preparing and managing transport routes, schedules, and vehicle assignments, ensuring the vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and roadworthy, supervising and coordinating with school drivers and support staff, and ensuring compliance with RTO regulations, safety guidelines, and school policies. As a team member in this role, you will have the responsibility for Retailer & Customer Satisfaction Index. Your duties will include implementing processes for complaint handling and reducing complaint downtime.
