Job Summary:

The person should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be responsible for upholding the culture, legacy, and integrity of Globsyn Business School while performing functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in any stream from a recognised University/Institute.
  • Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Required knowledge in ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, Gamma, HR AI Application
  • Although not mandatory, HR certifications recommended

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.
  • Conduct monthly Employee Policy Review Meeting.
  • Organize employee engagement programs and activities.

Employee Disengagement:

  • Handling disengagement process and ensure handing over and exit formalities
  • Handle Full & Final Settlement, Release and maintain records appropriately

HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Ensure company policies align with labour laws and industry regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Assist in processing payroll.
  • Manage compliance with tax laws and statutory benefits.
  • Maintain leave, late coming, HR MIS record.
  • Handle compensation and benefits queries.

Performance Management:

  • Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
  • Work with managers to track employee performance and development.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Monitor workforce trends and suggest improvements.

HR Budget:

  • Annual HR Budget preparation and keep a track on the budget.
  • Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent

Recruitment & On-boarding:

  • Develop employer branding strategies to attract top talent
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate the hiring process and extend job offers.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth on-boarding.
