Globsyn Business SchoolJob Title: Student Training and Development Trainer Department: Corporate Relationship Program (CRP) Location: GKC Position Type: Full-time/Part-time/Contract CTC: 6 Lakhs + Other benefits Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trainer to join our CRP Team and play a pivotal role in preparing our students for successful career placements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for grooming and empowering students with essential skills, including but not limited to Group Discussions (GD), Interview Preparation, Business Etiquette, and CV Writing. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials and curriculum for various student training programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and trends. Conduct Workshops : Organize and conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and mock interviews to enhance students' employability skills. Individual Coaching: Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to students, helping them improve their soft skills, interview techniques, and professional behavior. GD Facilitation: Lead Group Discussion (GD) sessions, guiding students in effective communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Interview Simulation: Simulate real interview scenarios, conduct mock interviews, and provide constructive feedback to help students perform well in actual interviews. CV and Resume Writing: Assist students in crafting compelling and professional CVs and resumes, tailored to their career aspirations. Business Etiquette: Teach students about workplace etiquette, professionalism, and corporate culture, preparing them for the business world. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, interview techniques, and evolving employment requirements to keep training materials current. Reporting: Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and student progress, and provide regular reports to the CRP Team. Qualifications and Skills: MBA ( Good to have ) Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a placement or educational setting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in MS Office and training software/tools. Knowledge of current industry trends and employment practices. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
