Food and Beverage Manager

About F&B Manager: We are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B Manager to lead food operations across key client sites, ensuring best-in-class dining experiences. You will oversee end-to-end F&B management—from vendor coordination and food safety to client satisfaction and team development—anchored in Food Whisperer's values of sustainability, innovation, and culinary excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day F&B operations across multiple corporate dining sites, including on-site kitchens and mega kitchen-supported locations. Manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality, hygiene and timely food delivery aligned with SLAs. Collaborate with culinary, operations and technology teams to roll out AI-driven kitchen workflows and tech adoption on-ground. Ensure 100% compliance with food safety norms, internal SOPs and FSSAI regulations through regular audits and training. Work closely with client stakeholders to deliver customized meal programs and address service feedback or escalations. Monitor site-level P&L, control food costs, optimize resources and ensure zero-waste practices. Mentor on-site kitchen teams and supervisors, fostering a culture of ownership. Participate in new site launches, food trials and process improvement initiatives led by the central CoE team. Prerequisites: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts or related field. Min. 4 years of experience managing F&B operations, ideally in large-scale institutional or corporate catering setups. Proven track record in vendor management, food safety and multi-site team leadership. Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to AI-driven kitchen and inventory systems.
