Position: Food & Beverage Manager Department: Food & Beverage Location: Hotel Annapurna Barakar, Asansol. Position Overview The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations including the restaurant, kitchen, and bar at Hotel Annapurna Barakar. This role requires a dynamic professional who can manage daily operations, control costs, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive continuous improvement across all F&B outlets. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Supervise daily operations of restaurant, kitchen, and bar to ensure smooth service delivery Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality standards and timely service Manage bar inventory, beverage programs, and ensure compliance with excise regulations Implement and maintain standard operating procedures across all F&B outlets Financial Management Conduct food and beverage costing analysis to optimize profitability Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for F&B operations Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Guest Relations Handle customer feedback and complaints with prompt, professional resolution Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dining experiences Build and maintain positive relationships with regular patrons Required Qualifications Education: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years in F&B management role, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
