Human Resources Executive

As an Executive - HR based in Surat Palsana location, you will be responsible for various aspects related to HR operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - People Management: You will handle day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth coordination between teams and departments. - Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity. - Blue Collar Workforce Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and welfare activities for blue-collar employees. - Time Office Management: Maintain attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with labor laws. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with manpower vendors and ensure service quality and compliance. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of Time Office operations and labor law compliance. - Experience in Blue Collar Management. - Ability to drive Employee Engagement initiatives. - Proficient in Vendor Management. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. A qualification of Any Graduation / PG is required.
